Acceptance of agreement
Thank you for using Dynamic Lyrics. Before using the app and related services, please read and understand this user agreement carefully.
By accessing or using Dynamic Lyrics, you agree to comply with this user agreement and any applicable laws and platform rules. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
User registration and account responsibilities
Some features of Dynamic Lyrics or connected services may require you to create an account, sign in, or authorize a third-party music service. When doing so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, login credentials and connected service authorizations, and for activities that take place under your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Usage rules
You agree not to use Dynamic Lyrics for any unlawful, harmful or unauthorized purpose. This includes, without limitation, the following activities:
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.
- Posting, transmitting or distributing unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene or otherwise harmful content.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or compromise the normal operation, security or availability of the app or related services.
- Using the app in a way that violates the terms of Spotify, Apple Music, Apple, or any other connected platform or provider.
Privacy protection
We value your privacy and take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information. For more information about how data is collected, used and protected, please review the Dynamic Lyrics Privacy Policy.
Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue part or all of Dynamic Lyrics at any time, including features, integrations or availability, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
If you do not agree with changes to the service or this agreement, you may stop using the app at any time.
Disclaimer
Dynamic Lyrics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, continued compatibility, or that lyrics, integrations or other features will always be available, timely or error-free.
Your use of the app is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Lyrics disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
Intellectual property
The app, website and related content made available by Dynamic Lyrics, including text, design, branding, graphics, software and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise use Dynamic Lyrics content for unauthorized purposes.
Agreement updates
We may update this user agreement from time to time. The updated version may be posted in the app, on the website, or through another appropriate notice method.
Your continued use of Dynamic Lyrics after an updated agreement becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
